CAN I COME TO YOUR OFFICE?
The short answer is NO. Since the onset of covid-19 restrictions, we've changed the way we help our customers in the most covid-safe way possible. We offer meetings by zoom, over the phone or face to face over coffee at a covid-safe venue. I guess you could say that we're a flexible and mobile operation.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE FROM YOU?
This is an easy one! Go to the 'Book' section of our website or facebook page and select your preferred service. We offer free consultations for Travel, Retreat and Event Management and you can lock in a time that best suits you with the agent of your choice. DO YOU CHARGE SERVICE FEES?
Our consultants are trained destination and product experts. Our industry knowledge and network means we have access to the best product suppliers and first-to-market offers to ensure you get access to the best quality travel experiences. We're trained to make your entire experience- from start to end - hassle-free. As your trusted adviser, not only do we tailor the itinerary to suit your needs they can guide you to the right restaurants, fun and free experiences, or off-the-beaten-track excursions. As such, we do charge a service fee depending on the work that is carried out. Although, our exclusive Wellness Packages do not incur fees. ARE MY FUNDS SAFE WITH YOU?
Your peace of mind is important to us. We're happy to say that we're an ATAS Accredited Agent and are required to conduct business in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and in accordance with ATAS Charter and Code of Conduct. ATAS or the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme, is administered by the peak body industry association, the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA). As an ATAS agent, we have met strict criteria in order to become nationally accredited. All client payments, either by credit card or direct deposit, are directly deposited into an Australian audited client trust account. Client trust funds and operational funds are managed independently of each other. We also hold a Trust Account Fidelity Risk insurance (TACTAFI) policy via Gow Gates Insurance.
